Return Policy & Exchanges Guarantee
How to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if you are not satisfied with your purchase; If, for any reason, while you are within the 90 day allotted time period, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may call Customer Service at 800-671-4180 M-F 8a-6p EST or email Customer Service at customerservice@aloecure.com to make arrangements to send your purchase back for full credit less shipping and handling. You must call our customer service department to receive an RMA number and instructions to return the product. If this information is not attained we may be unable to issue a credit. All product being returned must be received within 14 days of obtaining an RMA number. Any product returned without a return authorization number will not be credited.  You will receive a refund of the original purchase price, less any discounts, shipping and handling within 6-8 weeks from the date the product is received.  All refunds will be returned via check or the original payment method only.  The method of refund is at the discretion of American Global Health Group, LLC.  For all payments made by ACH bank draft a refund check will be issued.  All refund checks are void after 180 days per U.C.C. Article 4-404.  We do not re-issue refund checks.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen refund checks.  All uncashed refund checks are placed on the customer account as store credit, all store credits expire after 12 months.
