Return Policy & Exchanges Guarantee
How to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if you are not satisfied with your purchase; If, for any reason, while you are within the 90 day allotted time period, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may call Customer Service at 800-671-4180 M-F 8a-8p EST or email Customer Service at to make arrangements to send your purchase back for full credit less shipping and handling. You must call our customer service department to receive an RMA number and instructions to return the product. If this information is not attained we may be unable to issue a credit. All product being returned must be received within 14 days of obtaining an RMA number. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling within 4-6 weeks from the date the product is received. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as AloeCure.
